1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within Pakistan. Remote areas may require additional time.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. In some cases, we may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery status.

5. Delivery Delays
While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volume. Onlite is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Onlite will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful due to unavailability or incorrect details, the courier may attempt delivery again or return the package.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
